Base infrastructure with virtualisation

If you haven't found a valid alternative for some of your Windows application you may want to deploy them on a virtualised environment. Using virtualisation you can use one physical server to run both your Linux and Windows environment.

Depending on the workload and the number of users this type of solution could cost you about a third of an equivalent configuration based on WMWare and/or Microsoft products.
